By using AllYourEyes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. We check your date of birth at registration and may ask for additional confirmation if we have doubts.
• One account per person, with accurate details that belong to you.

Member conduct

• Treat others with respect. Harassment, threats, hate, fraud and impersonation are not allowed.
• Sexually explicit, illegal or rights-infringing content, and any content involving minors, is prohibited.
• No advertising, requests for money or misleading links.
• Do not share sensitive information such as financial details or identity documents in conversations.

Content and photos

You keep the rights to what you post and grant us a licence to show it to signed-in members in order to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Moderation and suspension

Our moderation team reviews reports and may suspend or close accounts that break the rules, recording each action. You can block or report any member at any time.

The service

• The service is currently free. Any future paid features will have their terms announced before they are enabled.
• The service is provided as is and may pause for maintenance. We do not guarantee matches or particular outcomes.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
